Lifelong hockey player and coach Bronson Kovacs has launched Zoli’s Kleaners, a Sault Ste. Marie business offering chemical-free ozone cleaning for athletic gear. Using professional-grade technology commonly found in elite sports, the service removes bacteria and odours from equipment—without water or harsh chemicals.
With a background spanning junior, college, and international hockey, Kovacs saw a clear need in the local community, especially among youth hockey families. Since opening, the response has been steady, with parents praising the results and relief from lingering gear smells.
Zoli’s Kleaners currently serves hockey and ringette players, with plans to expand into other sports and equipment as awareness grows.
